  So Chèvre lunch & diner

Our So Chèvre Lunch & Diner range is available in goat milk sauce. 

The goat's milk sauce adds a touch of sweetness to each recipe. Each So Chèvre topping goes well with a particular dish: tomato and vegetables, mushroom and chicken, green pepper and red meat, sorrel and fish, white wine and shellfish...

Heated in a bain-marie or for one minute in the microwave, the So Chèvre toppings are served on the plate or in a sauce boat to the guests. The recipe is chosen in accordance with the main dish, giving an original touch to vegetables, chicken, red meat, fish or shellfish.

Our eco-friendly tip ? Amaltup is committed to making the most of seasonal milk surplus by producing its aperitif range as much as possible in the spring !
